Can we keep building software efficiently?

Challenge
As products grow, inconsistencies begin to appear. New features introduce new patterns, components are recreated instead of reused, and collaboration between design and engineering becomes slower and more fragmented. Without a shared foundation, every release becomes harder to maintain.

How I work
I create scalable design systems that connect design and development through reusable components, design tokens, clear documentation, and interaction patterns. By establishing a shared language across teams, new features can be designed, built, and maintained consistently, without reinventing the basics every sprint.
A recent project
For an energy sector software provider, I designed a unified design system that supported six products across their portfolio.
Working closely with engineering, I created a scalable UI library with reusable components, shared interaction patterns, and flexible color themes that could adapt to each product while maintaining a consistent user experience.
The result was a single design foundation that accelerated development, reduced duplicated effort, and made it easy for users to recognize which product they were working in without sacrificing consistency across the ecosystem.

Outcome
A scalable foundation that helps teams deliver faster, maintain consistency across products, and spend less time rebuilding what's already been solved.
