MY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Built a cross-operational community of 400 people (13% of company) to create technical/non-technical solutions based on a bottom-up strategy and Agile transformation within six months.
  
• Served as Scrum Master over international teams in three time zones to facilitate the product development process.
• Defined end-to-end controls, automated the CI/CD pipeline, initiated roadmaps, and established milestones to meet strategic goals.
• Created the "Shift Left" program to automate controls for the CI/CD delivery pipeline through collaboration with 50 top managers. Delivered 50 controls to date. 
• Transformed siloed teams into product-driven Agile teams. Ensured Cloud Compliance within new DevOps product teams totalling 25 people. 
• Coached Scrum teams in Agile methodology/tools and frameworks.
  
• Created a working environment centered on open communication, creativity, and a “You build it, You run it” work ethic. 
• Product development and UX/UI for completely new governance platform “Highway to production”
