BACKGROUND

Sendoline is a producer of endodontic products with a headquarter in Sweden. They are growing and creating new business opportunities in Germany and Austria. Their business goal was to create startup in Germany and sell products via online dental platforms. They wanted to have a modern homepage with a clear product structure and sale channels integration.

MY WORK

• Conducted a comprehensive business analysis of competition across the German and Austrian Market to promote endodontic products headquartered in Sweden. 
  
• Defined User goals and User interaction points to generate a Marketing strategy, launch a start-up in Germany, and sell products via online dental platforms.
  
• Designed and developed the website architecture, blog integration, and CMS System to build a contemporary homepage with a clear product structure and Sales channels.
