MY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Hired as UX/UI Design Lead overseeing nine platforms in responsive design, three iOS and Android applications, Chatbot, and Voice-bot in B2B, E2E, and B2C frameworks. 
• Conducted research to identify User needs and create User personas through User Journeys, blueprints, product architecture and features definition with full stack developers, software architects and product owners.
• Hosted workshops, Design Sprints 2.0, Lean Inceptions, Design Thinking, and Innovations Workshop to create concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and UI design.
• Executed User tests, reviewed and updated designs, created presentations, and delivered stakeholder pitches

And here we go, several project examples:

• Led the kiwi Renewable Hydro project to optimize a mobile application with a tasks management system for Water Plant electricians and mechanics.
• Oversaw the CSMC Group Security project to facilitate tracking of IT Security protocols relevant to ISO 27001 implementation. Built web applications to manage, access, and report IT security. Won the Security Innovation Award in 2018.
• Facilitated the B2B Kundencockpit Netzservice project to offer B2B clients the SalesForce platform, track complex project roadmaps, and monitor each project status online.
• Coordinated the Slapp App SE Social Knowledge Sharing App to allow Innogy employees to interact, share knowledge and experience, and solicit answers to questions.
